Current situation of Kham Golok Monastery

Kham Golok Monastery is located in Yajiang, Ganzi, Sichuan province. It is the most famous Geluk tradition Monastery which has more than 600 years of history, many excellent Monks had been educated in this Monastery. It has a close relation between Kham Golok Monastery and previous Gosok Rinpoche, the 4th Gosok Rinpoche served as abbot of this Monastery. The 5th Gosok Rinpoche has high hopes for this Monastery. Since 2008, Kham Golok Monastery started its reconstruction work on the basis of its original condition and has been preliminarily completed.
